Rep Ticketing services is open for telephone business during the following hours:*
Monday-Friday: 10 am until one hour before the final performance of that day
Saturday: 12 noon until one hour before the final show time of the day
Sunday: 12 noon until one-half hour after the final performance of the day
On non-performance days: Monday-Friday 10 am to 5 pm
*Closed some holidays and off-season weekends.

The Rep has two locations for purchasing tickets in person. Our midtown location is the ticket window in the lobby of Spencer Theatre in the UMKC Performing Arts Center at 4949 Cherry Street. There is free 15-minute parking directly in front of the Performing Arts Center for ticket transactions during regular business hours. Our downtown location is in the lobby of our Copaken Stage located adjacent to the H&R Block World Headquarters at 13th & Main. There is an outside window at this location located on 13th street, or you may enter the lobby through H&R Block and come to the inside window.
Rep Ticketing Services is open for walk-up business during the following hours:
On performance days:The ticket window remains open until one-half hour after show time.
On non-performance days: Monday-Friday 10 am to 5 pm

Fax your order by 12 noon on your chosen performance day to 816-235-5508. A return fax will be sent to you for confirmation.

Ticket Exchange
All sales are final. There are no refunds.
Ticket exchanges are free for Rep Season Ticket Holders as long as they are exchanged 24-hours prior to the event. There are NO exchanges for single tickets. To exchange subscription tickets, please call the Box Office at 816-235-2700 or call toll-free at 888-502-2700.
Please note: There are no refunds or exchanges for inclement weather, the show must go on!
